The idea behind the sail.

Al Shera'a is the headquarters of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority in Al Jaddaf. Its name means the sail; its courtyard draws inspiration from traditional Emirati houses.

The September 14 references inform the furnished floors, grey carpet, white desks, glazed corridors and the planted terrace with warm-lit timber seating. The layouts are interpretations fitted to this model.
