The idea behind the sail.

Al Shera'a is the headquarters of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority in Al Jaddaf. Its name means the sail; its courtyard draws inspiration from traditional Emirati houses.

Inside the workplace & sky garden

The September 14 references inform the furnished floors, grey carpet, white desks, glazed corridors and the planted terrace with warm-lit timber seating. The layouts are interpretations fitted to this model.

Four sides & surroundings - September 21

All 24 supplied views are preserved with their original filenames. The photographs, design renderings and display-model views inform the podium screens, facade bands, planted edges, park and Metro connection. The supplied "Front" rendering shows a long elevation; camera labels use the existing entrance-end model orientation. Site dimensions and unseen connections remain interpretations. Blue display lighting is not treated as the building's material colour.
